Jack Alexander, President & Chairman
Founder and President of Synergy Resource Solutions, Inc., Jack has over 30 years of experience in vegetation monitoring, data analysis, range management practices and principles, erosion-control, and permit preparation and over 20 years of experience in monitoring design and project management. Jack has worked with challenging political and environmental climates in ecosystems as wide-reaching as Afghanistan and Cuba. He is a Past President of Society for Range Management in Bozeman, MT and received their Outstanding Achievement Award in 2005.

Chris Skorupa, Vice President
President of Beartooth Fertilizer Company in Fox, MT, Chris provides fertilizer, custom application, seeding, soil testing, and crop consulting for farmers and ranchers in southern Montana. Beartooth is a family owned and operated business. Chris has experience serving on the RACA Farm Bill Committee and also maintains membership in the U.S. Cattlemen’s Association.

Aeric Reilly, Secretary/Treasurer
Aeric currently works as an insurance agent with Farmers Union Mutual Insurance Company out of Great Falls, MT, but has spent the majority of his professional career in the agriculture industry. During his three years at Montana Farmers Union as Membership Director and assistant lobbyist, Aeric worked with young producers to strengthen the future leaders of Montana agriculture while growing the organization’s membership and efficiency in outreach. Aeric also spent more than three years as the executive director of the Montana Wool Growers Association (MWGA) in their mission to protect the sheep industry. Aeric lives in Great Falls, Montana with his wife, Maren. They are involved in the family operated ranch in Stanford, MT, but also have a small herd of their own black angus cows. They are both dedicated to rural Montana and the preservation of the family farmer and rancher.

Mike Limberhand, Policy Chair
​Mike brings a lifetime of agricultural experience and rural advocacy to his role as Policy Chair for the Rural and Agriculture Council of America. Raised on the Northern Cheyenne Indian Reservation and now residing in Worden, Montana, Mike has a deep connection to the land and the people who work it. For nearly three decades, Mike has worked in agricultural equipment sales, serving farmers and ranchers across the region through a local dealership. Together with his wife of 29 years, he produces team roping events in Montana and Wyoming, drawing participants largely from the agricultural community. With roots in rural traditions and a passion for advancing the needs of those who feed and fuel our country, Mike is committed to championing policies that support and sustain American agriculture.
